Drawing from reams of historical data, laboratory experiments, field research, and eyewitness accounts, this comprehensive guide is the only book you'll need to face the greatest challenge mankind has ever encountered. Granted, you probably already know that skills such as wilderness survival, leadership, and basic first aid are important when fighting off hordes of the undead.

Where does The Zombie Survival Guide rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book is by far one of my favourites and a wonderfully, easy, thought provoking read. This is a fantastic disaster story with details that are beyond imagination. The author must have had a very dark time dreaming this one up! There are stories from all around the world told from the perspective of a key person or a simple survivor all told by believable characters invoking emotions that are relatable to everyone. It's a story about human nature which is why I think that even people who would normally shy away from science fiction or zombie books would enjoy this book. My only regret is that it isn't longer.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Without ruining the story, my favourite character was the guy who marketed the immunisation. The shock you feel really merged the story and the real world for me.

Which character – as performed by Stephen Hogan – was your favorite?

The blind Japaneese guy was a fantastic read

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The Israeli Palistinean story was one that brought me to tears.

The Zombie War came unthinkably close to eradicating humanity. Max Brooks, driven by the urgency of preserving the acid-etched firsthand experiences of the survivors from those apocalyptic years, traveled across the United States of America and throughout the world, from decimated cities that once teemed with upwards of thirty million souls to the most remote and inhospitable areas of the planet. He recorded the testimony of men, women, and sometimes children who came face-to-face with the living - or at least the undead - hell of that dreadful time.

Before Liz Lemon, before "Weekend Update," before "Sarah Palin," Tina Fey was just a young girl with a dream: a recurring stress dream that she was being chased through a local airport by her middle-school gym teacher. She also had a dream that one day she would be a comedian on TV. She has seen both these dreams come true. At last, Tina Fey's story can be told....

Would you try another book from Tina Fey and/or Tina Fey?

    Not sure

Did Bossypants inspire you to do anything?

    Laugh quite a bit :)

    Any additional comments?

This is a high speed story of Tina's experience and life. It made me laugh as not many books have and though not the deepest story out there it's a great for keeping e road rage in check and kept me listening.

Best-selling author Orson Scott Card tells the story of a unique woman, one who is beautiful, tough, smart, and resourceful. Sarah takes on vivid reality as a woman desirable to kings, a devoted wife, and a faithful follower of the God of Abraham, chosen to experience an incomparable miracle.

Orson proves again that he can take almost any idea and turn breath life into it. The book was so capturing that even my mother couldn’t take her earphones off (and she has the attention span of a gold fish (sorry mum)). I connected to Sarah and her story and it has been engraved in my heart as only a great story told well can be.

By the grace of some higher being I have been blessed by two great series from the same Author. Orson Scott Card has been the writer of my twenties and hopefully as I turn Thirty (two weeks from now) he will continue for another decade (at least). I started this unabridged version of Alvin Journey Maker mere minutes after finishing it's predecessor (the time it took me to jump to my laptop, search in Audible and pay for the @#$@ thing :) and with the sad knowledge that there was no unabridged book three. After a week of driving and listening, and driving for the sake of listening (and ignoring 'Husband' for the sake of listening) I finished this exquisite movie of characters and adventure to find that only five days before, the third book, Prentice Alvin, had been released.
So instead of telling you how great, wonderful, fantastic and interesting this book is (well DUH!) I'd like to send a message to the Author, and the narrators of this series (and the Ender series because thankfully you guys stick together). You are all brilliant (though I still can't tell you apart), your readers love you and Please Please Please continue the wonderful work.
