    I feel the best Science Fiction takes our reality and understanding of science and builds an interesting scenario for a possible future. Spin looks at the human reactions to an outside influence on the world. It is as much as study of sociology as in scientific possibilities. One of the best science fiction books since Arthur C. Clark and Isaac Asimov.

    Spin took present day through the future. Axis started many years after the end of Spin and continued in a strange direction with too much detail and odd results. Had potential with conspiracy theories and a chase, but a strange ending.....
