I like both the meditation very much, especially the last one it really helps me to calm down and enjoy the peaceful scenery that's offered.
the sounds are all very life like and make you go to another world for a little while.
I found this book very interesting to listen to. The narrator's voice takes some getting used to though.
I do feel she takes too much time being defensive towards other scientists or sceptics. The meditation at the end did not work for me either. But the content is so interesting, I listened to it several times and it made me think about many things in my own life.
Personally I love this one, it has music from India in the background and the texts are very poetic. The narrator has an indian accent but it's not annoying at all. I'm not sure if this one would work for everyone, but for me it really did, felt myself floating away several times.
This one really helped me and did exactly what it was supposed to do. Sometimes I didn't see anything.. sometimes I saw some wonderful things straight from the unknown past.
I really like the narratar, she makes me really comfortable and doesn't put any pressure on the listener to see something.
I do like the storyline, and it does get me relaxed. but somehow I don't really connect with the voice, also it seems like the naratar assumes some knowledge about some egyption godess and asks to picture her. I have no knowledge of her and that made it kind of hard.
Other than that it's a beautiful story to be in!
I love the creativity and realness of these meditations. the sounds and voice make it easy for me to imagine all the scenes and really feel being there.
The introductions aren't always as helpful at getting relaxed, but once focussed on the storyline it usually works!
Eventhough I'm not a big fan of the voice on this tape I do love to listen to it. Especially the ocean one makes me very relaxed and comfortable. The other two meditations have been very inspirational and energising!
I've listened to these meditations a lot and they have given me many insights and total relaxed moments.
I don't like all of the meditations equally, but the ones I like always work and have been a valuable source of inspiration!
