This book has an amazing amount of depth and clarity. The author has covered as much as you need to know about the plan, and it really gives you all the confidence in the diet to follow it. Very sensible and logical diet.
Just one caveat, you won't get in shape by listening to this audio book, you have to actually put in a little effort and change some eating and exercise habits. The reason why? Because this is a very sensible book which uses general nutrition knowledge that our society seems to have forgotten. Listen and learn America and watch your flabby stomach transform from one round ball which over hangs your belt, to a flat washboard which looks great!
