"Slow and Boring"
On a good note, I thought is was fairly well written. Most of the dialog was bad though, if only because it was with a small boy, it was still crippling to a boring plot. Huck Finn has good dialog, he was a boy, wasn't he? I would of hoped the author could of found a better way at going about this problem, rather than mindless, shallow dialog. It gets old quick. Like I said, the plot is boring and I think it left many of the events in the setting unexplained, as the ending did too.
As an example, there is a best selling book about a boy who is stranded on a boat with talking zoo animals. It was more exciting and had better dialog. I wanted more of something, and never got it from this book.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
