    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    I was shocked and amazed at the content and how truly ignorant I was on the subject matter. I liked the fact that Ms. Alexander not only gave the historical context, facts and examples but also what we can to do to change it. This was a great book!


    What was one of the most memorable moments of The New Jim Crow?

    To know that the whole government is involved in the plot to incarcerate, control, and obliterate the rights of its citizens.

    What did you love best about Thunder of Heaven?

    From the very beginning you are drawn into the roller coaster ride and you love every minute.


    What other book might you compare Thunder of Heaven to and why?

    Well it falls in line with all the other LaHaye books they are all great!


    Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    I found myself praying throughout the book for the characters, that sounds crazy but its just a testament to the great writing.

    Where does It Worked for Me rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    It ranks among some of the better books I have read.


    What did you like best about this story?

    The personal stories made me respect this man more than any other Republican I know.


    Which scene was your favorite?

    His overall military experiences that he talks about are interesting, and his regrets about not following his gut feelings and usual processes to check facts with regards to Iraq. I found that I really respect his character after reading this book.


    Any additional comments?

    I really enjoyed this book and I really was not expecting to.
