"Disappointed"
I did not like the way the story was written. The characters aren't really detailed in my opinion.
"Great, First Book by author I ever listened to."
Funny, Entertaining, Pleased
None comes to mind
Yes, I have. I have a number of books she has narrated. I like her style a great deal.
No, I like it all but no particular part stood out for me.
I really enjoyed the book. The author is a good sense of humor.
"Awful"
This is one of the slowest moving stories I have every listened to. It seemed like the author is filling in events and giving detail when it isn't necessary. This is one of the weakest books I have ever listened to. If I were reading the book I wouldn't have read it past the first three pages.
The action is poor. The story is boring. There are really no surprises you know where the story is going.
She didn't add any to the book. The book wasn't interesting.
Disappointment, I just felt the story dragged on and on.
The characters are weak. The story is stale. I regret any money I spent on the book.
"Attitude"
I would recommend this book to several of my friends. There many trademarks in this book I like. The story is well written in my opinion, there is attitude from the main characters, the book has mystery, sex, mythology and vampires. I have listened to the book several times and enjoyed it every time. This something I don't usually do.
When Rowan calls The First during one of her conversations with Clive. In spite of her rocky relationship with The First, she continues to honor him even when she is not in his presence. The First is over joyed to hear from her as well, lets her know she is missed. Clive witnesses the respect Rowan has for the First and the admiration the First has for Rowan, he then realizes he will not be getting his way. Clive witness something probably no one has witnessed there is a real father daughter relationship there. Even is Rowan doesn't believe it so.
Sex on the desk.
I am not sure.
This book has a way of making a really awful day better. I really enjoyed the book.
"Disappointed"
I might try Amy Blankenship but I didn't like K.B. Standford and probably won't purchase if she is narrator.
Faith Hunter's New novel.
There was nothing interesting about her voice or the way she delivers the story. In short she is boring. I have had novels that are borning but the narrator made me continue to listen to because there were good to great. I didn't even want to continue after Cain and Tabithia were re-introduced into the novel.
The novel is borning. I am sorry I lost interest in the novel altogether
I really hope the author's next novel is better.
"Enjoyed It."
The second book in the Magic series is really enjoyable. The characters are easy to follow. Well written.
"disappointment"
I usually love anything that Fern Michaels writes but however, I was really diappointed with this book. The main character in this book is just completely wimpy. All other characters have back bone and a mission.
"Enjoyable"
I really liked the book. I was really surprised that I did. The author is creative and able to keep me with anticipation. I also loved the narrator. She is the primary reason for purchasing the book.
"Great Book"
I loved the book but hated the narrator. I did not like the narrator's voice and his pronouncation of names of the characters. However, I did say with book until the end. It appeared there was a voice change near the end of the book. I could really enjoyed the bood as I enjoy all of Ms. Kenyon's novels in all of the dark series.
"Dangerous Tides (unabridged)"
This one of the most entertaining of Christine Feehans' books.
