"Excellent Space Adventure..."
Starman Jones! I loved this book when I was a young boy back in the 60's! I found this book in a public library as I needed to write a book report. I was not much of a reader then, but I was totally engrossed by this book at the time.
Until now, I did not remember that it was written by Robert A. Heinlein who is such a famous and prolific science fiction writer. Other books: "Have Space Suite, Will Travel", "Strangers in a Strange Land", "Starship Troopers"... and many, many more.
Having re-read it after 40+ years, I sill enjoyed it (with the understanding, that this book was written for teenagers).

"Average Story, Ready for a Movie"
I have read all of Dan Brown's Robert Langdon series. This book did not get my emotional involvement as much as his other books.
I felt like they were playing the game "Where in the world is Carmen San Diego". Lots of art facts and locations which I love. But, overall this book was not that great in light of better books available
NOTE: If you have not read his earlier books of the series, read them first. They are much better.
"Another great story in the Quinn Series!"
Fast pace book.
Interesting plot.
If you have read and liked other books in the series, than you will love this book too.
If you like this book and are looking for good action books I recommend that your read:
"The Lion's Game" by Nelson DeMille also read by Scott Brick
"Dead I Well May Be" by Adrian McKinty
"Beat the Reaper" by Josh Bazell (6 hr book but very intense)
The Jack Reacher series by Lee Child
About me: I have 4052 titles in my Audible.com library. I don't write many reviews. I read everything from Young Adult (YA), Espionage, Romance, Sci Fi & Fantasy. I
"Boring Reader ... Puts me to sleep!"
Story is ruined by the pace of the reader. Very slow... the pace put me to sleep several times... I had to increase the playback to 1.25 times the standard playback rate.
In general, I love the epic fantasy books.
I would suggest much better series in the "Fantasy: Epic" genre such as:
Wheel of Time: Eye of the World
Kingkiller Chronicles: The Name of the Wind
Stormlight: The Way of Kings
The Demon Cycle: The Warded Man
A Song of Ice and Fire: A Game of Thrones
"Not as good as first book of the series"
I really loved "Jumper", the first book of the series! This book lacked the impact and fast pace of the first book. The concept was good, but the story dragged. The pace was just too slow.
I like the wit and writing style of the author and the performance by Macleod Andrews.
This book goes beyond PG-13 in language and edginess of sex... a bit unrealistic..
I suggest that you pass on this book or wait on other reviews.
"Very Good Listen"
Very Good read!!!
This is an under-rated book caused by the first reviewer who went to the extreme and gave it a one star instead of at worst a three star... The rating unjustly skewed the books ranking downward.
This story is very entertaining read! As always reader "George Guidall" is superb.
Below are more action thrillers that are "espionage/military/assassin" genre that you may also like if you like this book. (The list of authors is not rank in order of my favorite reads).
Nelson DeMille - The Lions Game .... Great book
Barry Eisler
Daniel Silva
Brad Thor
Brad Meltzer
Alex Berenson
Vince Flynn - Mitch Rapp
Robert Littell - The Company: A Novel of the CIA (good but very long)
Lee Child - Jack Reacher
Adrain Mckinty - Dead I May Well Be
Trevanian - Shibumi
Bernard Cornwell "Sharpe’s Tiger" (Richard Sharpe series) /Historical Fiction
"Captivating Well Told Story"
Story had a good pace and was very well told. And really sucked me in.
Never boring.
"Fast paced read..."
Fast pace book which is read by the author. Loved the book. Love the author.
I did rate the peformance with 4 stars to indicate that he is not really professional reader. He performs many of the characters very well but a few of them it gets confusing which character is speaking. I might also say I graded very hard...
This is a continuation of the John Rain character which started in the book Rain Fall. This book stands on it's own, but I recommend that your start with the first book.
"Funny, Lite story of a bouncer"
Very entertaining. Story moves right along. Many giggles. Stayed awake into the morning.

"Fun Story with excellent narration."
Fun fast moving story. Never slow. Interesting magic. Tie-in to famous characters of American history 1910-1930...
Love the narration and broad number of voices performed. Hated the wrong pronunciation of '30-06' cartridge ... should be pronounced 'thirty aught six' (Aught is another way to say zero).
