If you are over 40 then you must read this to understand what happens to your brain but in a very easy to understand friendly way. It will absolutely cheer you up and make aging not such a hopeless future. Everyone in 40's, 50's, 60's and more read this book and it will give you lots of hope for the future.
I loved how she wove the research she has done with animals and her experience with Autism.
If you are an animal lover this will be one of those books where you sit in the car to hear 5 more minutes. The reader is excellent. She makes you feel like you are listening to the author herself right there.
I wanted to drive to her University and meet her immediately. I really wanted so much to meet Temple Grandin in person to tell her how much this meant to me.
Absolutely. It was a well paced story with lots of the Navajo culture in the story. Of course I really enjoyed that it was told from the perspective of a woman officer.
She was very good at portraying the different characters.
It would make a great film but I don't know what the tag line would be.
Sorry but I want a book exchange. This was not interesting or romantic. So bad I couldn't finish it. I couldn't give it lower than one star.
The agent, Tom until Joshua appears then it is him/her
This is my first time to hear Wil Wheaton and he was absolutely perfect. He hit the right speed and voice for the scarcasm to make me smile the whole time.
This book was so funny and well read that I am buyin a copy for my friend. Wil you did an incredible reading. Thanks for making me smile all the way through.
The story was great and had enough story details and sci fi aspect especially for girls interested in mysteries. It was a just a good story! I would love to read more of their stories. Kathy Rechs are you listening?
I liked the characters and their relationships. Enjoyed a detailed plot line too.
She had just the right voice quality for a young girl and put that feeling into the reading.
I loved that all was resolved in the end.
Dr. Weil has a great voice, if he wasn't a doctor he could have been an announcer.
Everytime I read a fantasticaly helpful, useful book like this I run out and buy the paper book so I can pass it on to a friend. This one I also bought the Kindle version. This is the best book for those who are or have been suffering with depression.
I would also recommend Healthy Aging which is just as good but needs a snappier title.
It started off a little slow but when you get into it your eyes are opened to seeing all life in a new way. I am going to listen to it for a second time because of the amount information was overwhelming. It has definitely made me rethink how I will live my life from this point on. Now I understand what they meant when they said that we are on an island called Earth. The stuff he talks about will affect all human life in the next 50 years. I see Earth's fragility everywhere now.
I wish there were more like this as the little men had me laughing all the way and a great story line too.
This was such a fun book. I loved the wee men as they had me laughing out loud.
