"Major Disappointment- Nothing like The Shack"
This book is so much like The Shack and nothing like it at the same thing. Its about a JERK of a guy who as the reader you can't stand so you don't get pulled in. The Shack worked magic because it broke your heart and you cared about the guy. Also it seems to be taking a lot of the same descriptions of things as The Shack even used some of the same words.
I was so excited to read this but it was a huge let down!
"WOW... AMAZING!!!!"
The story was great, the reader was extraordinary!!
Billy Twice, the story starts with him and ends with him, he is so brave and strong but really have no idea.
Gregory, just to hear what he really thinks and feels about how his life turned from what he had planned
Amazing read, great historical references and really touching personal lives. Never wanted to turn it off.
"Great read"
high
another great book in the collection
Excellent narrator!
Great book, looked the tie to the others but still holds it's own. Very action filled and unexpected twists.
"Stay away"
Much like the 1st book this one has a good idea but never gets there. The main character diverts so much from who she was in the 1st book that its hard to keep in mind she was the same person.
More of the guys voice
NOTHING LIKE THE HUNGER GAMES
"Don't bother"
This story is so slow and boring. The idea was good but it never really moved anywhere. Mostly the people wonder around confused and questioning their life's
no
NOTHING LIKE THE HUNGER GAMES
"Better at the end"
Pick up the pace. The book was so slow! But the end got interesting.
Almost
This book is NOT like The Hunger Games!!!
"AMAZING"
AMAZING, thrilling, unexpected
The story never stops. It was fast paced and honest to human behavior. I loved every second.
Great narrator. I was able to get lost in the story
"just ok"
Yes
it was odd at times
I was amused by the the book until the last 20 minutes, then it felt like forced drama. I thought the end was stupid and more fore dramatic effect than necessary to the story.
I am sure the movie will be better than the book, sadly most of his movies are better than their book counter part
