I bought this book to listen to whilst driving and I will buy it again in hard copy, not because there is anything lacking in the audiobook (the PDF which comes with the audiobook is very comprehensive), more due to the fact that this is such a good health resource that I would like to come back and back. This is so much more comprehensive than most other fitness titles and I personally use this as the go-to resource despite owning and reading or listening to many titles in the same category. If you are ready for a change, don't miss this one! I am on my second listen and I rarely, rarely repeat.
