I really love these books the sense of community and love that flows through this story of witchcraft is so heart warming. I would love to be part of witch central even if I was on the fringe.
I have requested the audible acquire the rest of these books. Debora Geary has a way of making you feel like family. I really hope I can read the rest here.

Mercenary Kate Daniels and her mate, Curran, the Beast Lord, are struggling to solve a heartbreaking crisis. Unable to control their beasts, many of the Pack’s shape-shifting children fail to survive to adulthood. While there is a medicine that can help, the secret to its making is closely guarded by the European packs, and there’s little available in Atlanta. Kate can’t bear to watch innocents suffer, but the solution she and Curran have found threatens to be even more painful. The European shape-shifters who once outmaneuvered the Beast Lord have asked him to arbitrate a dispute - and they’ll pay him in medicine.

I really enjoy the whole series, Kate is so perfect, flawed, and compassionate in just the right balance. I enjoy her internal conversations and of course her banter with the beast Lord. I hate that I am now to the point of having to wait for the next book to come to audible. But wait I shall please hurry I want to know what comes next.

The book for me was a slow start and had to really push through the first few chapters but now I am hooked and on to book 2.

    Story

First let me say I liked the story as a whole and the reading was great. If you have read the first 2 books then you have to finish it off. And here comes the but.........But I really felt the last book was rushed, she told us about so much instead of just leting us exprience it with her. If the story would have run too long it could have broken into a fourth book.
