They have narrated every book in the series and both do a marvelous job at vocal characterization. Each character was unique and identifiable.
Sanderson's politically correct values were heavily pressed upon the text. The cultures in the world of the Wheel of Time had their own values and he should not have imposed his upon them. Rather he should have worked within the values that were there to bring about character development in a more organic way.
The good that I can say about this book is that battle scenes were very well done, though they might have used a bit more editing. I found them to be exhilarating and fun.
The content is interesting, engaging, and extremely thought provoking. If you are someone who desires to be intellectually challenged, then this little nugget is one for your collection.
The audio sounds like it is a reel to reel transfer from the original television studio audio. It has had very little editing or modern audio improvement. An increase in audio gain, normalizing of the audio, and noise reduction would do this production a world of good.
