What I learnt after listening to these talks...

- Swami Kriyananda likes to talk.
- Swami Kriyananda finds much satisfaction in well delivered and articulated speech.
- Swami Kriyananda likes to write songs and talk about writing songs.
- Swami Kriyananda likes to sing and sing with his choir.
- Swami Kriyananda likes to talk about the past.
- I learnt about the gem stones, colours and star signs of each of the Chakras.

At a couple of points throughout the audio it sounded as though things were about to get interesting but never really continued along that path. If we were to remove all of the information not relating to the Chakras I believe this audio would be around one tenth of it's listening time.

Although Swami Kriyananda seems like a very kind, joyful and spiritual person, next time I will do a little more research before purchasing one of his talks.
