In 2007, Chrissie Wellington shocked the triathlon world by winning the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. As a newcomer and a complete unknown to the press, Chrissie's win shook up the sport. A Life without Limits is the story of her rise to the top, a journey that has taken her around the world, from a childhood in England, to the mountains of Nepal, to the oceans of New Zealand, to the trails of Argentina, and finally, across the finish line. A Life without Limits reveals the heart behind her success.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

In general, I would recommend this book to anyone interested in how success is a journey not a destination irrespective of what your goal is. The candid unfiltered story of this athlete is inspiring no matter what your journey.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Never Give Up, Never Give In and Smile

When Barry Fairweather dies unexpectedly in his early 40s, the little town of Pagford is left in shock. Pagford is, seemingly, an English idyll, with a cobbled market square and an ancient abbey, but what lies behind the pretty façade is a town at war. Rich at war with poor, teenagers at war with their parents, wives at war with their husbands, teachers at war with their pupils.... Pagford is not what it at first seems. And the empty seat left by Barry on the town's council soon becomes the catalyst for the biggest war the town has yet seen.

What could J. K. Rowling have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

This is a deep, dark, story with little redeeming value. The level of emotional and physical violence is more than my taste can take. Also, the parts about crew were annoying because I don't think Ms. Rowling did her research. Rowing is about leg strength not arms.

    Any additional comments?

I read this because of the author not the story. The story is slow and there is quite little to the plot.

According to time management expert Laura Vanderkam, mornings hold the key to taking control of our schedules. If we use them wisely, we can build habits that will allow us to lead happier, more productive lives. Drawing on real-life anecdotes and scientific research that shows why the early hours of the day are so important, Vanderkam reveals how successful people use mornings to help them accomplish things that are often impossible to take care of later in the day.

If you could sum up What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast in three words, what would they be?

    Informative, Interesting, Slow

What did you like best about this story?

I enjoyed the topic and am inspired to try to revamp my morning routine.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

The narration was slow - the rate of speech was unnaturally slowed. This made it difficult to listen to at times.
