Of all the dukes in England, Jered Marcus Benton, the Duke of Bradford, was the wealthiest, most handsome — and most arrogant. And of all London’s ladies, he wanted the tender obedience of only one — Caroline Richmond. She was a ravishing beauty from Boston, with a mysterious past and a fiery spirit. Drawn to the powerful duke, undeterred by his presumptuous airs, Caroline was determined to win his lasting love.

I really like the story, but for me, getting around Anne Flosnik's voice and accent were tough. I love a good English accent, but something about her's made it difficult for me to really immerse myself in the story and get a good visual of the characters. I may be interested to hear it read by someone else.

I am a big fan of Janet Evanovich and I love to actually read her books. I was not able to get into this book the way I would have liked when I attempted to read it, I had heard such great things about the Stephanie Plum series. I decided to try the audio and I am so glad I did, I loved the story and it was great to listen to. C.J. Critt is perfect for reading these novels and I will only listen to the Stephanie Plum novels read by her as I continue the series.

This book provides good information that makes sense. Following the suggestions in the book and avoiding foods the book says I should be avoiding for my blood type does actually make a positive difference in how I feel.

The narrator speaks clearly, but is somewhat dull to listen to. The content is short though so it does not take long to get through. I enjoy audio books so I can listen in my car and incorporate extra books that I want to read, but do not have time to. This book was great to listen to and the information was easy to understand while listening, but I would recommend buying the hard-copy of the companion book Cook Right For Your Type, which has detailed lists of foods for each blood type along with a lot of recipes and good information, it helps a lot.
