Twelve-year-old Artemis Fowl is a millionaire, a genuis, and, above all, a criminal mastermind. But even Artemis doesn't know what he's taken on when he kidnaps a fairy, Captain Holly Short of the LEPrecon Unit. These aren't the fairies of bedtime stories, they're dangerous! Full of unexpected twists and turns, Artemis Fowl is a riveting, magical adventure.

This series has become one of my all time favorites. I would say only Potter ranks higher than this.

As a youth I was not much into reading. If I had these books when younger I would have spent far more time infront of book than the tv.

Read - Listen to them all. You will not regret it.

Would you consider the audio edition of Night Fall to be better than the print version?

    N?A

What was one of the most memorable moments of Night Fall?

Walking in and seeing Kate on the couch in a blanket.

What about Scott Brick’s performance did you like?

Scott does well. He is scott. There is not a lot of dynamic voices, but his tone is why you listen.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

    Did you see That?

    Any additional comments?

Fun book but it got long. I love 30 hour books , but I felt like we revisited the same topics again and again in this book.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Besides scott the supporting cast was done well. You like the seal team and other operators. Stories of Bullet Bob coming to a store near you?

What does Armand Schultz bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

After so many books it is a comfort to hear him read.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This is the type of book you put on when cleaning the garage.

    Any additional comments?

Scott needs a stable home life. Maybe a Mrs. Smith type that can kick some trash with him. He is getting older.

There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

Since 1990, when Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time® burst on the world with its first book, The Eye of the World, listeners have been anticipating the final scenes of this extraordinary saga, which has sold over 40 million copies in over 32 languages. When Robert Jordan died in 2007, all feared that these concluding scenes would never be written. But working from notes and partials left by Jordan, established fantasy writer Brandon Sanderson stepped in to complete the masterwork.

Yes. The audio makes this book come to life. The narrators are the best and have caught R.J. Vision.

What did you like best about this story?

In 40 hours you can only tie up and answer so many questions, but many were answered. Loose ends brought together. Sanderson's writing and creativity amplified R.J. The pace of the final book was great. I never wandered while listening.

What about Michael Kramer and Kate Reading ’s performance did you like?

They are the best. tones and voices - so memorable. I can hear Lan's voice right now.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

41 hours went by in a flash. I devoured it in a week.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Nice journey even though it is laden with reference to porn (wonder why) all to have a great conclusion, then invalidate the entire journey with the last 5 minutes..... I think we call that trying to get another book deal.

Last section ruined it. Cheap ending almost as bad as... " and then I woke up".

What was most disappointing about Christopher Farnsworth’s story?

ending and sexual references every few minutes. Are we adults or teenagers?

How could the performance have been better?

the performance was done well -

What character would you cut from Red, White, and Blood?

The anchor of The O'Reilly Factor recounts one of the most dramatic stories in American history—how one gunshot changed the country forever. In the spring of 1865, the bloody saga of America's Civil War finally comes to an end after a series of increasingly harrowing battles. President Abraham Lincoln's generous terms for Robert E. Lee's surrender are devised to fulfill Lincoln's dream of healing a divided nation. But one man and his band of murderous accomplices are not appeased....

What did you like best about Killing Lincoln? What did you like least?

    Lincoln. Great man.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The way the author presented in linear time. What was happening during each battle back in Washington and the front.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Bill O'Reilly?

Yes - But not sure what kind of book it would need to be.

Did Killing Lincoln inspire you to do anything?

    no
