Let me start by saying I LOVE everything Jamie McGuire has written!!
This book was OK+ It took me quite a while to get into & it kind of dragged on a little for me. I loved everyone in the book. If I could've skimmed the first 13 chapters; it probably would've been really good :/

Ten years ago, Lorelei's parents disappeared without a trace. Raised by her grandparents and leaning on the support of her best friends, Lorelei is finally beginning to accept the fact that her parents are never coming home. For Lorelei, life goes on. High school is not quite as painful as she thinks it will be, and things are as normal as they can be. Until the day the school's designated loner, Cameron Lusk, begins to stalk her, turning up where she least expects it, standing outside her house in the dark, night after night. Things get even more complicated when a new guy - terrifying, tough, sexy Jared Kovach - comes to school.

3 & 1/2 stars really. I liked this book but it was like I was always "waiting" for something even though there was a lot going on & lots of action

2 guys; no love triangle. I loved Cam. I think he was my fave! His antics and obnoxious attitude kept me reading. I will probably read the rest of the series at some point

absolutely LOVED the first 60% of this book. SO SO SO good till the climax & then it just kind of went MEH...STILL GOOD but lost it's 5th star. After the climax it just got a little slow and there were some things that really annoyed me that I can't say without giving anything away.
I loved Brandon, LOVED Chase! I wanted to smack Harper several times throughout the book.
I laughed, bawled my eyes out, got a little bored but ultimately loved this book

almost 4 stars. I liked this book; there were some moments that I teared up, some parts were hard to read because of content & there were also parts where I thought it could've gone a little faster. It seemed like there was a big time lull that could've been filled with better....?; I don't know, something

She's back. For the two years she's been away at boarding school, and there was no word from her. Back when we lived in the same house, she used to cut me down during the day and then leave her door open for me at night. I was stupid then, but now I'm ready to beat her at her own game. I'm back. Two years and I can tell he still wants me, even if he acts like he's better than me. But I won't be scared away. Or pushed down. I'll call his bluff and fight back. That's what he wants, right?

So many twists & turns.... a little "unreal" but makes for a wild story! It's amazing how much thought we put into things without ASKING what happened or what the deal is.

Loved Madoc! I thought he was hilarious & I loved Fallons no BS attitude. And of course appearances by Tate & Jared! I can't wait to hear Jax story!

Two secrets. One bet. Who will break first? Taylor Caldwell can't decide if she wants to kiss her new college roommate or punch him. On the one hand, Hunter Zaccadelli is a handsome blue-eyed bundle of charm. On the other, he's a tattooed, guitar-playing bad boy. Maybe that's why Taylor's afraid of falling in love with him, or anyone else. She doesn't want to get burned, so she needs him gone before it's too late.

She was a don't take any crap kind of girl & he was hilarious. I loved all their combative-ness (not sure that's a word)They had been through a lot to say the least

What a heartbreaking, great, powerful story. This book really makes you think. I can't imagine living their lives. The characters were great! Carrie is AMAZING! And what an exceptional person! The way she took care of her sister and everything! Janessa...loved her... Her Dad & Melissa were great & even though the step sister was "the way she was"; you understood her too!

Wayward Pines, Idaho, is quintessential small-town America — or so it seems. Secret Service agent Ethan Burke arrives in search of two missing federal agents, yet soon is facing much more than he bargained for. After a violent accident lands him in the hospital, Ethan comes to with no ID and no cell phone. The medical staff seems friendly enough, but something feels…off. As the days pass, Ethan’s investigation into his colleagues’ disappearance turns up more questions than answers. Why can’t he make contact with his family in the outside world? Why doesn’t anyone believe he is who he says he is? And what’s the purpose of the electrified fences encircling the town? Are they keeping the residents in? Or something else out? Each step toward the truth takes Ethan further from the world he knows, until he must face the horrifying possibility that he may never leave Wayward Pines alive…
