Would you listen to The Storyteller again? Why?

YES it was an amazing book and I can still their voices replaying on certain touching parts of the story. This is one of those books that make readers enjoy reading. Or as an audio book, the narration was perfect and matched the characters perfectly.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

There are multiple story lines within the book. The pieces of each story start and stop perfectly and they blend well. I didn't realize the full impact of this book, what it was about, and where it was going...but I'm glad because it lead me on an unexpected surprise. It was wonderful!!!! I kept checking how many more chapters there was to the end because I DIDN'T WANT IT TO END!!!

Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    Not sure...

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I actually cried a few times!! My first with an audio book! Picoult's works always moves you because she connects you to the characters.

    Any additional comments?

This is one of those books you need to read. It's moving and sticks with you after the end.

In The Dragon Factory, Ledger and his team from the Department of Military Sciences square off against two separate groups of corrupt scientists. The beautiful but twisted Jakoby Twins are creating transgenic monsters and genetically enhanced mercenaries for sale to the highest bidder. Their father, who takes evil to an entirely new level, is using cutting-edge science to complete the Nazi master-race program.

Where does The Dragon Factory rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The whole series has been extremely addicting!!! The characters are great, narrator is superb (you get spoiled by this narrator as he's one of the best and its difficult to listen to mediocre narrators afterwards), and the story is interesting and fast enough to keep continual interest.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Dragon Factory?

Don't want to spoil it, but it's a great book, great series

What does Ray Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The way he plays out the characters. He is one of the best narrators!!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Joe Ledger is a modern day super hero but personable at the same time. You wouldn't expect to become emotionally involved with a master killer, but he's one of those that get you. Great writing and narrating.

Jack Reacher was alone, the way he liked it, soaking up the hot, electric New York City night, watching a man cross the street to a parked Mercedes and drive it away. The car contained one million dollars in ransom money. And Edward Lane, the man who paid it, will pay even more to get his family back. Lane runs a highly illegal soldiers-for-hire operation.

What did you like best about The Hard Way? What did you like least?

It's an interesting story but a little slow and unable to connect with characters

Who was your favorite character and why?

Main character is like able for his skill

What three words best describe Dick Hill’s performance?

Difficult to listen to. I applaud that he gets into the story but when he yells or raises his voice it's deafening while listening and then the next sentence is really whispered... It's annoying!!! I use ear buds and constantly adjusting volume. I settled to just miss sentences here and there but doing so doesn't allow me to really get into the story. Also when he plays the voice of the wounded, he slurs and mumbles, which is in character but I CAN'T understand what he's saying!!! Very annoying...

Would you consider the audio edition of A Game of Thrones to be better than the print version?

audio is good but there's so many characters it's hard to remember. However the storyline is entertaining and original!

Have you listened to any of Roy Dotrice’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No but he does a great job tryin to change his voice or different characters
