This is an excellent story of one of the two biggest promoters of the American Revolution. Jefferson wrote and Adams spoke, and people would pay attention. It's based mostly on John Adam's and others letters and comes alive as read by Edward Hermann and others. Nobody writes likes that anymore and it's a joy to hear the descriptive narrative of John, Thomas, Abigail and John Quincy. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has even a passing interest in the American Revolution.
