Releasing a Person was first a workshop and then a bestselling CD that popular love guru Kathryn Alice created to help those suffering with the deepest attachment we face: that to another person. It has produced MIRACLES for those have used it. Relieve the pain of a break-up or divorce. Heal from heartbreak. Dissolve a pesky attachment that is putting your life on hold. Possibly work it out with the person you're releasing (Kathryn calls this "The Phenomenon" in the book) .

Is there a science to love? In this groundbreaking audiobook, psychiatrist and neuroscientist Amir Levine and psychologist Rachel S. F. Heller reveal how an understanding of attachment theory - the most advanced relationship science in existence today - can help us find and sustain love. Attachment theory forms the basis for many best-selling books on the parent/child relationship, but there has yet to be an accessible guide to what this fascinating science has to tell us about adult romantic relationships - until now.

What did you love best about Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find - and Keep - Love?

Among what I loved about this audio book is that I learned about myself, my attachments patterns, who I am compatible with, who I am not..if listened to and followed, this book can save us a lot of heartache and frustration. I highly recommend it.

What other book might you compare Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help You Find - and Keep - Love to and why?

Personally, it was as life changing for me as It's Called A Break Up Because It's Broken. Clear message, easy to follow, insightful.

    Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite part is the quiz at the beginning to help me determine my attachment style.

    Any additional comments?

What did you love best about Build Your Self-Esteem?

Build Your Self-Esteem reconstructed my self esteem immediately. I listen to it at least once nightly because I have seen the results.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Build Your Self-Esteem?

The day after the first listen, I saw myself, pictures of me, by hands, feet, body totally different.
I have this built in voice now that demands respect, from myself first and then from others.

    Any additional comments?

I would give this as a gift to people I deeply care about. It's an investment on one's self.

There's no doubt about it, breakups suck. But in the first few hours or days or weeks that follow, there's one important truth you need to recognize: Some things can't and shouldn't be fixed, especially that loser who dumped you or forced you to dump him.

If you could sum up It's Called a Breakup Because It's Broken in three words, what would they be?

    Life-Changing, Wake-Up! Experience

What did you like best about this story?

My favorite part of this experience was how the writers did not tell me what I WANTED to hear, but just what I NEEDED to hear. When it came to a dysfunctional relationship, there was no sugar coating. The authors write with a lot of love and humor, but at all times…they tell you like it is. I felt like a stranger, who does not know my flaws or qualities, was telling me exactly what happened and why. I got answers to all my questions. But in the end, realized that no matter what the question is, the answer is that this particular relationship ‘is broken and will never be fixed’ , and the answers are irrelevant – unless they serve to make me a smarter woman.I feel empowered and blessed to have gone through this hell and to have found this book. I am ashamed of who I have been and look forward to living the life I have dreamed of all along.

Have you listened to any of various’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This reading was like taking a pain killer medication but without the side effects. It went right to the pain and created an immunity from not only this dysfunctional relationship, but from future ones.
