If you could sum up Life of Pi in three words, what would they be?

    Inspiring, courage, faith

Who was your favorite character and why?

Pi, of course. While only a young boy, he has the courage and determination of 100 men. He's kind, lovable, has a great sense of humor, and has undying faith in God... He is an incredibly inspiring character.

What about Jeff Woodman’s performance did you like?

Everything...was simply amazing. He makes you forget that just one person is doing the narrating.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me laugh out loud at very unexpected times. I didn't cry, my heart ached for Pi many times.

    Any additional comments?

I loved this book. It was strange, complicated and yet very simple. Wonderful, wonderful book. I haven't seen the movie, but plan to order it up on Netflix soon. I know it won't be as good as the book, but I can't wait to see the characters brought to life on the screen...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. It's a quick read, but such a good one! I love Stephen King's mix of mystery and wit.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Joyland?

I think it was when Tom saw the ghost in the Horror House.

What does Michael Kelly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His narration was excellent! He sounds exactly like I would expect this character to sound. He brought all of the characters to life wonderfully.

If you could take any character from Joyland out to dinner, who would it be and why?

I think it would be Mike. He's one incredible little boy.

    Any additional comments?

Stephen King never disappoints me. Great summer reading!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The first book in this series was so exciting, but this one seemed to drag along. It repeated the same stories over and over again and didn't grab my attention in the same way that the first book did.

Would you recommend Insurgent to your friends? Why or why not?

    Not sure.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Emma Galvin?

Yes, but her narration was better in Divergent. The characters were much more distinct.

Was Insurgent worth the listening time?

    It was an okay listen.

Would you listen to Duma Key again? Why?

Probably not, but that's only because I rarely re-listen or re-read books.

That's a tough one as there are so many great characters in this story. If I absolutely had to choose, I'd say Wierman...

Wonderfully written with so many amazing characters. King does a great job of making you believe that this could actually happen...

Loved this book...just sucks you in and doesn't let you go. I also loved that King narrated this one himself. I'm new to Stephen King books (my mom read them all, but I was always afraid that they would frighten me!). Now that I've started, I simply can't stop. Love this man's mind!

On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.
