Don’t Sweat. Don’t Laugh. Don’t draw attention to yourself. And most of all, whatever you do, do not fall in love with one of them. Gene is different from everyone else around him. He can’t run with lightning speed, sunlight doesn’t hurt him and he doesn’t have an unquenchable lust for blood. Gene is a human, and he knows the rules.

What made the experience of listening to The Hunt the most enjoyable?

The actual writing itself was great! AND of course the sincerity of the characters within the prose.

What did you like best about this story?

The setting and the actual vampires. blood drinkers should be vicious and disturbing.

What does Sean Runnette bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Sean is fluid but the only problem I had was sometimes the lead character seems to forget he's being hunted and he keeps talking instead of moving. I know its a good story when I"M yelling at them myself.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Something like (See vampires the way they should be and Pretty and shiny Aint it!)

    Any additional comments?

Just make the lead character run! more! and stop thinking so much when its time to get going. :)

Mack might be, to all intents and purposes, a normal looking human, but she lives with a pack of shapeshifters in Cornwall in rural England after being dumped there by her mother when she was just a young child. She desperately wants to be accepted by her surrogate family, not least because a lot of them hate her for merely being human, but for some reason her blood just won't allow the transformation to occur.

Where does Dark Union rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

So far the series is very good in all aspects. Writing. Reading. Are very good.

What other book might you compare Dark Union to and why?

    Shea Mclode's first three books.

What does Saskia Maarleveld bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

There are some readers that just read and concentrate only on the main characters. What she has done is acted through onto the secondary characters, where we as listeners can visualize as if watching a film.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes it was read in one sitting and had to drink a pot of coffee at night to finish.

    Any additional comments?

My name's Quinn. If you buy into my reputation, I'm the most notorious demon hunter in New England. But rumors of my badassery have been slightly exaggerated. Instead of having kung-fu skills and a closet full of medieval weapons, I'm an ex-junkie with a talent for being in the wrong place at the right time. Or the right place at the wrong time. Or…whatever. Wanted for crimes against inhumanity I (mostly) didn't commit, I was nearly a midnight snack for a werewolf until I was "saved" by a vampire calling itself the Bride of Quiet.

It made her more set in her ways and older in her thinking towards life. and her husbands death gave her the opinion about death that most people try to avoid.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Blood Wager?

There were a few. but I liked the actual saving of the master were wolf in the pact.

Where does A Feast of Dragons rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Its just as good and delivered how I like them. I also read the other two but in this one, I really liked them getting older. And I think them a fool for pissing off Eric the warrior.

What did you like best about this story?

I dig Thor but his Princess is a knuckle head. Her brother said she was naïve and boy is she. She had the chance to deliver her brother up to the council and the military and she didn't say anything. Then, to go back by herself makes her stupid. I mean hello. . . He killed your father already.

What does Wayne Farrell bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I really like women readers but he delivered a well dramatic read. He made each character real.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

A feast of Crows would be a great sale I think.

    Any additional comments?

For a smart Princess in most aspects, The Princess is a knuckle head and has trust issues. Her brother said she was naïve and boy is she. She had the chance to deliver her brother up to the council and the military and she didn't say anything. Then, to go back by herself makes her stupid. I mean hello. . . A breathtaking new epic fantasy series. Morgan Rice does it again! This magical saga reminds me of the best of J.K. Rowling, George R.R. Martin, Rick Riordan, Christopher Paolini and J.R.R. Tolkien. I couldn’t put it down!” (Allegra Skye, Bestselling author of SAVED) A MARCH OF KINGS (BOOK #2 in THE SORCERER’S RING) takes us one step further on Thor’s epic journey into manhood, as he begins to realize more about who he is, what his powers are, and as he embarks to become a warrior. After he escapes from the dungeon, Thor is horrified to learn of another assassination attempt on King MacGil. When MacGil dies, the kingdom is set into turmoil. As everyone vies for the throne, King’s Court is more rife than ever with its family dramas, power struggles, ambitions, jealousy, violence and betrayal. An heir must be chosen from among the children, and the ancient Dynasty Sword, the source of all their power, will have a chance to be wielded by someone new. But all this might be upended: the murder weapon is recovered, and the noose tightens on finding the assassin. Simultaneously, the MacGils face a new threat by the McClouds, who are set to attack again from within the Ring.

5 stars so far. It kills me to wait for the next installment.

What other book might you compare A March of Kings to and why?

I like THRONE OF GLASS by Maas. I mean they are both going to be great epics but I don't want to see them in movie form unless they will be multiple parts like TWILIGHT! But don't short change them.

Which character – as performed by Wayne Farrell – was your favorite?

I like the Wizard but I feel when the boy become of age, that he will be da man. His character has already shown me the qualities a king of this realm would need to be.

When he saved the king the first assassination attempt. I also liked the part when he didn't run but stayed an faced the unknown.
