The information provided in the book is based on real scientific findings. I have already started following the suggestions explained in the books, and believe or not, I am already getting nice results after only 3 weeks!
So far, I didn't really found any book like it. This book has everything you need to know about nutrition and training, explained in a very simple way.
I liked the way in which the reader talks. For example, the enphasis used when he reads makes everything even more convincing!
