The story. The author walked through a narrated story of a series of life changing encounters that brought the information to life.
None. I have never read or heard a story as utterly frightening as this, that was both fiction and fact at the same time. This is a one of a kind book from my experience. There are elements of a mystery novel where you follow clues and riddles to find the truth at the end of the search. There were mystical elements of predestination and divine coincidence that leave you in amazement and wonder. Lastly, there are the underlying facts that are easily verifiable, but verification of the facts only brings more questions. Again, one of a kind.
The prophet. A man called by God to be separate and do His will. The mystery of this character along with the message he brings leaves the reader wanting more.
The Impending Judgement
I spent an entire day listening to this book. Once I started, I could not stop. I cleared my schedule, sat in front of google to verify the facts as they were presented, and was chapter by chapter hit with fact after nightmarish fact. Each one verified and more terrifying than its' predecessor. I would say unequivocally that this should be required reading for any patriotic American!
Yes, and no. The story is awesome, but the narrator is worthless.
Yes. Tom Clancy always keeps me interested and enthralled.
The narrator constantly mispronounced and over pronounced words and names. The accents and conversation tone changes were horrible. He is, hands down, the worst narrator of any book I have ever heard/read.
It was, and I did.
I recommend any other book in this line.
