Richard Dawkins, the world’s most famous evolutionary biologist, presents a gorgeously lucid, science book examining some of the nature’s most fundamental questions both from a mythical and scientific perspective. Science is our most precise and powerful tool for making sense of the world. Before we developed the scientific method, we created rich mythologies to explain the unknown. The pressing questions that primitive men and women asked are the same ones we ask as children. Who was the first person? What is the sun? Why is there night and day?

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I love Dawkins in general but this is pretty much just a rehashing of previous work.

    Any additional comments?

Great for a "first Dawkins book" reader.

Sebastian Ballister, the notorious Marquess of Dain, is big, bad, and dangerous to know. No respectable woman would have anything to do with the "Bane and Blight of the Ballisters", and he wants nothing to do with respectable women. He's determined to continue doing what he does best - sin and sin again - and all's going swimmingly…until the day a shop door opens and she walks in.

I loved the writing, the narration, and the story! I wish there were more of Loretta Chase's books on Audible.

John works in his family's mortuary and has an obsession with serial killers. He wants to be a good person but fears he is a sociopath, and for years he has suppressed his dark side through a strict system of rules designed to mimic "normal" behavior. Then a demon begins stalking his small town and killing people one by one, and John is forced to give in to his darker nature in order to save them.

What made the experience of listening to I Am Not a Serial Killer the most enjoyable?

This is a great story, and fairly original to boot.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

This narrator is the absolute worst narrator in the history or narrators. I couldn't get through the audiobook because of his lack of emotion in reading. I ended up buying the e-book and reading it myself instead of listening.

Tired of all this dirty campaigning? Before running for the presidency or becoming VP, Al Gore led a very clean campaign, for the environment, that is. Listen to Gore in his own voice as he argues that only a radical rethinking of our relationship with nature can save the Earth's ecology for future generations.

Randall says: "An often overlooked book"
    "Book great, recording very poor"
    Overall

The recording of this book is very, very poor. It sounds like an old lp (that's a record for you young ones) that is scratched and being played with an old needle. I couldn't listen to the whole thing.
