Michael McGill is a burned-out private detective who suddenly becomes enlisted by an army of presidential goons to retrieve the Constitution of the United States, but not the one we all know about. This would be the real Constitution (the one with invisible amendments), created by some of the Founding Fathers as a fall back for their great experiment.

This book was hilarious. Yes, there are some cringe-worthy moments but it was all in good fun. The narrator was excellent. I lost a lot of sleep with this book because i could not stop listening to it.

In the annals of business trips gone horribly wrong, Evangeline Harker's journey to Romania on behalf of her employer, the popular television newsmagazine The Hour, deserves pride of place. Sent to Transylvania to scout out a possible story on a notorious Eastern European crime boss named Ion Torgu, she has found the true nature of Torgu's activities to be far more monstrous than anything her young journalist's mind could have imagined.

but not my much. Really good narration and the writer has a gift for description. Unfortunately, the writer also has a talent for dragging-out a plot premise.

It's 2020, and an attempted cure for AIDS has mutated into a deadlier disease, V-CIDS. The United States, under martial law, has set up "quarantine centers" in the Southwest. Searching for his gay son, Jon, media mogul Michael Barris smuggles himself into one of the centers, only to discover that it and the other centers are actually extermination camps. With a strange assortment of allies, Barris precipitates an inmates' rebellion.

The narration and audio on this book is almost unbearable. The story is a very good one and extremely original. Unfortunately, its difficult to listen to audiobook. The dramatization was amateurish at best and the background sound effects were entirely too loud.
