What was one of the most memorable moments of My Side of the Mountain?

The winter scene when the ice storm drapes the mountain was fascinating to read about.

    No

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

    No

    Any additional comments?

This book is made for now. We all need to understand that we can and should know how to survive on our own. It therefore is an inspiring read.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I already have recommended this book because America could sweep themselves into such a scenario if WE THE PEOPLE don't make conscious decisions to THINK. We are not sheep... Are we?

What did you like best about this story?

The characters have flaws just like all of us - but despite the flaws they fight for what is right - they fight for each other - they fight for being more than the game.

What does Carolyn McCormick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Hearing her interpretation of the characters was both entertaining and clarifying.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Panam's control over people eventually results in the people making choices of their own.
