I loved this book because it did not focus on... "Do not" ..."avoid".."STOP!".
The author encourages you to add good things each week. Olive oil, fish, brocoli, exercise. Each time I listen to this book I hear something good to add to my day. Even recipes! I really love listening to this book.
"Not a book to be read from cover to cover, but to be pondered, and read again and again" Loosely a quote from the book and so true. I never tire of this book.
I have listened to this book several times. And I will listen to it again. Just small acts of kindess and gratitude that can not help but lift your soul.
