Bill Bryson's hilarious memoir of growing up in middle America in the Fifties, complete, unabridged and read by the author. Born in 1951 in the middle of the United States, Des Moines, Iowa, Bill Bryson is perfectly positioned to mine his memories of a totally all-American childhood for 24 carat memoir gold.

If it is funny, it is only for the American. It is not like his earlier books. Not a classic global book which everyone can enjoy.

As the author of many classic works on science and philosophy, Richard Dawkins has always asserted the irrationality of belief in God and the grievous harm it has inflicted on society. He now focuses his fierce intellect exclusively on this subject, denouncing its faulty logic and the suffering it causes.

I am atheist. I was looking for something more interesting than this. I did not find the content thought provoking, No humor. No insights. At best it was an honest discourse on atheism. I appreciate the effort of Dr Dawkins and respect him but this book is a drab. He does not read it well either. And why the two people reading this?

A high-profile attorney in the middle of a leave of absence following a personal tragedy is drawn back into the legal arena amidst a media firestorm when he agrees to represent a popular rap artist accused of brutally murdering his pop star girlfriend. With its powerful voice, pause-resisting tension, and strong cast of characters, Adam Mitzner’s novels are reminiscent of such best-selling authors as Scott Turow and John Grisham.

For a lover of lawyer-thrillers, this was a ordinary book. Plot was predictable. Nevertheless kept me interested with the style and characters. More like a well made B Class movie.

Chris Gallagher raised his brother, Steven, almost single-handedly, and, certain that Steven is innocent, he won't rest until he sets the record straight.

    Story

This book has no humor in it. Sprinkled in some areas as a after though by David, but the book is serious mediocre thriller. The creator of the genre called humor mystery thrillers has left out humor in this book. So for Andy Carpenter fans this will be a mega disappointment, For the rest it will be just a regular disappointment.
