Prunella Scales is a fabulous narrator.

It was a classic that had a very slow pace with little action. I enjoyed the characters, but this is not my cup of tea.

Miss Smith, the narrator, was perfect, and, of course, Miss Mattie. I liked the maid, too, but she spoke so quickly that I could not understand all of what she said.

A friend suggested Anna Pigeon mysteries and I have listened to several of them. I enjoy the settings of the National Parks and would recommend them to others who do.

I rarely figure out whodunit before Anna does. It keeps me thinking just like Anna throughout the book.
