What did you love best about The Tommyknockers?

You get so involved with the characters you can't wait to find out what will happen to them.

Which character – as performed by Edward Hermann – was your favorite?

It's too hard to choose the character best performed by Edward Hermann because he has an amazing ability to embody all of them. It's fun though to hear him speak with the classic Maine accent and also become one of the children.

Who was the most memorable character of The Tommyknockers and why?

They're small characters but I worried the whole book about David and Hilly. I'd love to hear (in another story) what happens to them later in their lives.

They were just kids when they stumbled upon the horror of their hometown. Now, as adults, none of them can withstand the force that has drawn them all back to Derry, Maine, to face the nightmare without end, and the evil without a name.

If you could sum up It in three words, what would they be?

    Fun scary charming

What did you like best about this story?

It reminds us that our imagination is vital to our survival especially as an adult.

Have you listened to any of Steven Weber’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Steven Weber is the best performer of audio books I've ever listened to. Just outstanding! It's the first time I have heard him but it won't be the last. He has such range of emotion and excellent characterization; I completely forgot it was just one person reading it.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

"Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the sewer..."
