FBI agent Alex Cross is on vacation with his family at Disneyland when he gets a call from the Director. A well-known actress was shot outside her home in Beverly Hills. Shortly afterward, an editor for the Los Angeles Times receives an e-mail describing the murder in vivid detail.

Tonda says: "For the True Alex Cross fans!"
    "Disappointing...."
    Overall

I am a HUGE fan of Alex Cross. I enjoy when the author elaborates on Alex's personality, family, love life etc... and those were the only good parts in this book. The case was a flop.
In the past I recommended this series to a lot of people, but I will not recommend this one.

This extraordinary, magical novel is the story of Clare, a beautiful art student, and Henry, a librarian, who have known each other since Clare was six and Henry was 36, and were married when Clare was 22 and Henry 30. Impossible but true, because Henry has Chrono-Displacement Disorder: periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time, pulled to moments of emotional gravity in his past, present, and future.

    "What a ride!"
    Overall

I LOVED this book. I had a hard time doing anything besides listening to it for a couple of days. I just couldn't stop until the end. Beautiful, intense, romantic, mind boggling.... I cried more than once, but I also smiled a lot - Henry is fascinating.
The readers were fantastic! I enjoyed it immensely.
