I really liked this. The female character is actually quite funny!
This book was very good in how Lucy reacts to each situation. She is a temp office worker who pretty much eye hunch a hotty on the elevator everyday. One day she notice they are alone and he being the dominating man that he (Mr. Jeremiah Hamilton, billionaire CEO of Hamilton Industries) is stops the elevator and well ummm plays with her.
He pretty much fires her from her job and hires her as his personal assistant to do anything he wants. This is a raunchy, erotic, romantic novel... but it is actually really really good. Like on the level of romantic contemporary. There is alot of smex, but it is written into the story so well, you don't really notice that it is raunchy. In fact, it makes the story better. I loved it. This is good buy or free credit. I wish they had more of Fawkes stuff on here.
Clarissa Knightly did an awesome job. At first I thought she was totally gonna bomb the male part b/c of the deep raspy voice when she first talks as Jeremiah, but it totally worked. I found myself loving Jeremiah more than Lucy right around the end of chapter 1! So kudos to u Knightly. Still no Xe Sands... but very good narration.
Amazing! First let me say...if ur a m/m Romance fan and u don't know Mary Calmes...well shame on u!
This is book 7 of the Matter of Time series...and it was awesome! Books 1-5 is on AUDIBLE so download and enjoy first. Also if u want some back history on Duncan then get Acrobat which is also on here..
Now we all remember Aaron Sutter, Jory's ex...the billionaire hotel magnet...so Aaron and Duncan meet in book 6 (which is not on here) had a weekend fling and that's where this book begins
Aaron was so not this alpha in the other books...because he was chasing Jory. In this, Aaron alphaness was subtle...but man when whipped out the money leverage...people started to bow down! Money really can buy anything!
Duncan was like another version of Sam, after he realised he was in love with Jory. Two alphas coming together but willing to submit to each other! It was great...and the reversible collar was the sweetest thing ever!
Narration was awesome!
Total l y worth a buy credit or sale for any m/m Romance fan!
Ok.. I like a book with smexy all in it...well at least apart of the story...
This was a m/m romance and it was sooo funny that I was seriously laughing out loud...the story was great...kept me entertained...but not smexy time... well take that back... at the end..but just it didn't meet my smexy quota...so....IDK... I good book, just don't expect smexy time!
This still didn't top book 1 for me...but Yes this was better than book 2...
This is Jess's story... Kane's shipmate from book 2... and Rasha, one of the Sonis King's royal guards.
Great story...We get to revisit Sonis, so all in all... I was happy. Nice smexing too! All ways a bonus!
Not as good as book 1, but I enjoyed it... I just didn't like the Sa'mya from book 1. She mad me so upset in book 1 that I just didn't feel sorry for her in book 2. Glad she found happiness though...b/c I loved Kane... and boy his backstory was just so darn sad!
Narration was good too.
Worth a Credit or Sale if you plan to invest into the entire series... Books 1-3 are on Audible...
Ok.. so Nick's book has to be next... I totally love the direction this book went...
I though for sure this book was gonna be about Nick's mate since he is a white wolf.... but I get it... The white wolf from book 4 was Nick's daughter....
I love that fact that Zander got himself a mate... Now since Nick's bloodline is immortal and that means his daughter is immortal, now that she is mated to Zander, he will become immortal...and no more dying from the healing...
Zander is just now recovering from his last healing session which almost killed him...
The chemistry between Zander and his mate builds quickly as thier bond happened quickly from Zander biting her.... I get it...but they seem to fall in love totally in like one chapter... More of a relationship build would have been nice, but it didn't take away from the story at all.
The smexy was great! Loved this book, love this series..!!!
And love that fact that NICK has found his BOND MATE!!!
Oh, I have to mention the torture scene when Nick and Zander are trapped by the bad guy... OMG! I was crying for Nick...real tears... From that scene and the epilogue we know that Nick's bond mate is a vampire, but he can never claim her because of what happen to him... OMG!!! I cannot wait for the next book...
Awesome job J.D. Tyler... Awesome!
Narration was perfect...Please keep Potter for the entire series... is was awesome...So close to a 5-star.... This was more like a 4.5-star...
Please stop putting Ana Vela in erotica...b/c none of her books are!
Frustrating... Yes the story was good...somewhat...i got bored after story two...but seriously...none of these stories are erotica... the smexy is skimmed over... hardly even mentioned...
Narration was ok.
Not even a recommendation b/c you expect one thing and get another... Ugh!
Nice story... worth a credit.
Rock god guitarist ends up marring a girl in Vegas... they try to get divorced....but they end up actually falling in love... that is the jest...I liked it but it wasn't great... just good...
Narration was ok..
This was Cormack and Liam's book; however, it revolved around Simon and Grey so much, I would say this is a mixture book of Cormack and Liam's love story with Simon and Grey as main secondary characters with their own side story going on.
Simon release that he is also a triad. Also we find out who the bad triad is.... It was a good ending.. Not as much smexing going on...maybe 3 scenes in totally. It you have listen/read Body and Mind Magic...then this one is well worth a listen/read.
Narration was awesome... so perfect for these characters.
This was not one of Maya Banks Awesomeness stories... It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either... Simply ok. I enjoyed the overall story...but it was too long in places, boring in others...
Narration was actually pretty good..but the story just was so... (get to the point already) feeling...that it could have been read by the best of the best narrators....and that still wouldn't have helped it.
This is worth a sale... not really a credit or buy...
Dual narration really will murder a star! I was going to rate this book as a 4-star b/c it was great... awesome...just like book 1, totally worth a credit/sale/buy...but the dual narration ..;. EH! So not needed.
Either Sokolov or Haberkorn could have narrated this by themselevs... both male and female narration was ok... (Sokolov was better) but why the dual narration... Just a shift in character voices is annoying!
Anyway... I like the sequel but I so wish Rugger was a bit meaner to Sophie... she contantly dissed The Reapers when they kept saving her all over the place..
But it was a good story! I enjoyed it... but I can't wait for Hunter and Em's story next!!!
