It was a good story telling audio. I could certainly connect with the author, however, if you are searching for answers or advices or some sort of map through the dieting maze this isn't for you. If you do buy it the last 15 minutes are the most worthwhile which caps her lessons learnt.
It was a refreshingly honest approach in dealing with relationships. Instead of building it around clinical studies, the psychology and why and how of the brain. It gives you her own life, relatable, easy to follow, funny and above all, kind. She doesn't judge but like a best friend gently guides you.
Never been to Vegas is also brilliant. The Single Woman is on par with her other book. It is brilliance.
You don't need a Prince for a Happily Ever After
Mandy has a southern drawl in her audio. Some people may find it difficult to follow (especially if you are from another country like I,). Persist with it though, the fact that she personally narrates her own audio is essential in capturing her story. xx
I am a true Dr Wayne Dyer collector. He spreads the same message underneath but in each CD he tries a different way to reach a certain audience. He talks about changing yourself. He places suggestions and thoughts and I find in times of emotional turbulance his voice instantly puts me at ease and puts it all into perspective. He has changed my life.
