Yes, it's a great listen and has tons of good ideas
The A,B, Z way of making ambitious plans. Plan A that you want, Plan B where you are now or what you can make work in the meantime, and plan Z of what you fall back to if A and B fail.
I've gotten most of the Brene Brown learning materials I can get and it's all awesome and all on the same points of wholeheartedness, vulnerability, shame, leading ourselves, loving our friends and family, and (in this book more than any others) leading others. I would start with her two TED talks free online. Men, Women, and Worthiness also on audible and Sounds True is a good next good overview. Dating Greatly is her fullest book and covers everything I got out of both The Gifts of Imperfection and I Thought It Was Just Me. It's long but it's all good content and it's all high quality material. There's content here for everyone. I do wish Brene read this one too. It feels stronger coming from her with her intonations on all the personal stories as well. Overall, loved it and expect that I will come back to it a few times like I did with Gifts of Imperfection.
