I really enjoyed this book. The format of telling the story from from surveillance tape transcripts was an interesting twist.I also liked the variety of narrators. All The narration was excellent. I really liked Billy and Gerry Bingham Jr.. I also liked the guy with the Irish accent,he seemed so authentic-was he really Irish?. John Anderson was also very good! The story and plot kept me guessing. I would highly recommend this book for those who enjoy crime or suspense books.
I loved this novella. Very interesting and entertaining story line. Very good narration. I was confused as to who the narrator was. On your site it states that Josh Hurley was the narrator. However, while listening to the book the introduction states that the book is read by John Hagee. I would like that clarified as I really liked the narrator. I would recommend this short story to anyone, especially those who love the Iron Fey series.
Truly a confederacy of dunces. I have never read a book with such unique and eccentric characters. A roller coaster ride from one hilarious set of unlikely circumstances and outrageous situations to another. The confidence of the less than stellar hero Ignatius Riley, that he alone was the sane and injured participant of each of these situations rather than the cause of each one was amazingly believable.A quirky and delightful read. What a tragedy, that the author, John Kennedy Toole took his own life, without knowing his work would be published and awarded the Pulitzer Prize.
