    Would you try another book from Elizabeth Lowell and/or Laural Merlington?

    If you want a sickly sweet girl novel, this would be the perfect listen. Not what I expected.

    Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

    I enjoyed the listen because it was unique. Not edge of your seat but enjoyed the steady pace of the story. (I'm also a sucker for girl heroines)

    I read wonderful reviews about this book but was disappointed in the story. Very dark. Lots and lots of unnecessary detail. No smiling moments that make you reflect on the good that comes with the bad. I finally skipped to the last chapter to see
