I have read romance novels off and on since i was 10. i started with woodiwiss, got turned off during the weird 80s and came back full tilt boogie with audible. i'm a knitter by trade and the subway/knitting/audible combo is nirvana right now.

It was just another after-work happy-hour bar downtown, where business professionals unwound with a few drinks, complained about the boss, maybe hooked up with someone for the night. Until something went terribly wrong. At first it was just a friction in the air. The noise intensified. The crowd seemed oppressive. Some sharp words were exchanged, some pushing and shoving. Then the madness descended. And after 12 minutes of chaos and violence, 80 people lay dead.

Would you consider the audio edition of Delusion In Death to be better than the print version?

Don't have time to read the print version. I listen to audio books as I knit on the subway.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Eve! She's really evolving as a character and she turns what I think is an important corner here.

Have you listened to any of Susan Ericksen’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    She's amazing at her craft!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It is between her moment with Mira after she had that dream and the one with Peabody.

    Any additional comments?

I really enjoy this series and am bummed to hear the next one will be next year :(
