If you want to be muscular, lean, and strong as quickly as possible without steroids, good genetics, or wasting ridiculous amounts of time in the gym and money on supplements…then you want to listen to this audiobook. Here's the deal: Getting into awesome shape isn't nearly as complicated as the fitness industry wants you to believe. In this audiobook you're going to learn something most guys will never know: The exact formula of exercise and eating that makes putting on 10 to 15 pounds of quality lean mass.

Would you consider the audio edition of Bigger Leaner Stronger to be better than the print version?

I am considering buying the print for reference, but loved the audio for first time and repeat listens while commuting.

What other book might you compare Bigger Leaner Stronger to and why?

    I don't have a comparison.

    Which scene was your favorite?

I liked the breakdown on nutrition, and the calorie needs to gain muscle, or lose fat.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I really just liked the detailed step by step plans, from food, to lifting and cardio. It was enough info to explain what was needed, but not so long to bore you. No fluff.

    Any additional comments?

I've really enjoyed listening to the podcast and reading his regular blogposts also. I teach social media, blogging and email marketing to the medical industry, and Mike's work ethic really stands out. He responds, and engages well with people who comment on FB, and his blog. His level of commitment to his industry is apparent.
