I am considering buying the print for reference, but loved the audio for first time and repeat listens while commuting.

I liked the breakdown on nutrition, and the calorie needs to gain muscle, or lose fat.
I really just liked the detailed step by step plans, from food, to lifting and cardio. It was enough info to explain what was needed, but not so long to bore you. No fluff.
I've really enjoyed listening to the podcast and reading his regular blogposts also. I teach social media, blogging and email marketing to the medical industry, and Mike's work ethic really stands out. He responds, and engages well with people who comment on FB, and his blog. His level of commitment to his industry is apparent.
