I have lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks listening to this book, 8 pounds the first week. After the very first time I listened to it, on a Saturday morning, for the rest of the day I had no cravings for sugar, soda, candy, chocolate, etc.---amazing! I used to drink a 20 oz. Coke every day, more on the weekends. I haven't touched a drop of soda in 2 weeks and haven't had any cravings for it. I used to eat a bowl of ice cream about every other day. I haven't had a spoonful in 2 weeks and don't crave it. I can look at foods I used to crave and turn them down now. I did eat a Turtle last week......but that's the point, I ate 1 whereas ordinarily I would have eaten 4 or 5 and craved more. I wasn't craving it, I made a decision to eat 1 as a dessert and I stopped at 1. Let me tell you I must have taken 10 itty bitty bites out of a 1" diameter Turtle :) I use the book twice a week, each Saturday and Sunday morning and it's working just fabulously. I'm eating healthier and slower and am exercising more. I intend to lose 100 pounds using this book. I'll post again when I reach my goal. Love the speaker! Love the book!
