I would imagine I would have liked this much better if I'd read it myself. The narrator didn't provide emotion when performing Spencer's voice. I had a very difficult time with that.
I've NEVER read a book by Foster that I didn't love, but the narrator didn't do the book justice. Even during the sexual moments he didn't provide emotion to Spencer's voice. Do yourself a favor, buy the book.
Arizona by far. Spencer would probably be right up there had I put my own internal voice to him
The narration matched the pace.
No. In fact I had to convince myself to listen to more of the story.
I may purchase the book to read myself because I was looking forward to Arizona's story and think I will enjoy it much more that way.
Yes, because it's a really great storyline. This particular story is one of my all time favorites
Rio. Who couldn't love the man
When she saved his life.
Since I read the book first, the narrator wasn't so distracting. He certainly didn't do a bad job, but my imagination while reading was much more gratifying.
I've already listened to it three times
Brockmann's story lines are always the best
The voice she put to Allysa Locke was fabulous, but Teri and Stan are still my favorite
I don't think I'll ever get tired of listening to this one. I purchased it although I've already read the book twice.
