At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. Habits aren’t destiny. As Charles Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.

    Story
Would you try another book from Charles Duhigg and/or Mike Chamberlain?

Not sure if I would buy another book from either of these authors

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Most interesting was how this book bordered on delivering true insights. Least interesting is that the authors seemed more content to deliver very long stories about the power of habits rather than to give practical advise on how to change or replace habits.

Have you listened to any of Mike Chamberlain’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

    No

Who do you think would benefit most from listening to The Power of Habit?

Those with a prior understanding of changing habits would benefit the most.

    Any additional comments?

Some of the stories, while compelling and interesting, left me asking "How can I apply this?" As of yet, I have not found the answer to that question
