This is a life changing book for me. The perspective on how long it took our cellular metabolism to evolve (Many thousands of years) versus the time we have entered into the lifestyle of not hunting and gathering was profound. That is what sold me on his ideas and since 2006 I have increased my activity level by 100% to 4 or 5 workouts a week. A turnaround in energy and the metrics of my annual physical exam. Without a doubt I feel younger and the doc backs up my biological age as getting better (who cares about the chronological age?). I have recommended this book and bought copies for family members. Enjoy and good health. PS the endurance is great in ALL aspects of life.
