narrator and boring story
bad accent, no life
disappointment in the author
I tried at least four or five times to get through this book. I even made it (albeit painfully) through the first part and thought, "for sure this has to get better!" But, it did not.
I have read the books in this series three times and will read them again I'm sure, all but this one. I am having trouble getting through it to the point that I just want someone to tell me how it ends and stop the pain. Perhaps by itself it might be a good book, but it certainly cannot stand up to the rest of the Outlander series.
She should have stayed with the formula that worked for the rest of the series.
I would not even want to read the "John Grey" spin-off series now because I'm sick of reading about him in this book.
A better ending would have helped
Expected more from Jodi, I have read every other book by her and was disappointed in this one.
