"Wow! Makes you think!"
As a lifelong conservative and a 21 year veteran of the military, I am finding it more and more difficult to believe how crooked our justice system can be. It pains me to say, but after much discussion, debate and reading stories like this, these do not seem to be isolated incidents. I understand that this is fiction, but a litle research will show that Texas Oklahoma and Alabama are full of these types of cases. Grisham seems to have learned a great deal from the research required to write the innocent man, and that research came in handy for this. Although a work of fiction, there is more truth than any conservative would care to admit!

"One of the Best"
Characters were all...... well.... Characters! It was awesome!
I have 300+ audiobooks and I have never listened to anything like this. The closest might be a Confederacy of Dunces.

I am embarassed to say that I laughed out loud many times, and had to wear sunglasses to hide the tears!
Brilliant!
"Outstanding!"
I bought this book simply because I enjoyed Seabiscuit! I have literally 100's of audibooks and I would have to say that this is one of the best ever. Magnificent story, Great reader, never a dull moment. I will admit that I was a bit fearful when the Billy Graham portion began, but it ended up fabulous!
I was proud to be an American, proud of my Italian heritage, proud to be alive!
I would recommend this to anyone!
"Wow! Just Wow!"
This was THE audiobook that I just did not want to end! I have listened to literally hundreds of books over the years, and this is up there with the all time best maybe THE best. I will admit that I have enjoyed just about everything DeMille has written (except some airline pilot story), and I think Scott Brick is the audiobook version of Sinatra. But this was a magnificent listen, I found myself avoiding my weeken golf game to listen, taking extra time riding to work and even taking long lunches just get get a few more minutes of it. I rate this up there with Demille's best!
