John Lutz's style of story telling keeps the player running. A web of characters and story lines that converge to a fantastic ending. Scott Brick, once again sits atop the narrator's ladder with his flawless delivery.
I wonder why great authors assume their children are able to write. William E Butterworth IV (WEB IV) has ruined every series. I cringe every time I see his name below the large Griffin. However, this was not as horrible as "Hazardous Duty". This was almost bearable. I would have liked this book better if I had not listened to it.
There is a 50/50 chance I will read the next book in the series. Hoping that Griffin will fire his son and write a good book again
You can hear Griffin in the book and it is not the weird stuff we hear when WEB IV has his hand on the keyboard.
He was over the top crazy with the accents. I never was too fond of Dick hill but Cendese makes me miss him. Too much bass in his voice makes him hard to understand.
This was not as bad as I thought it would be. I got it because I still have hope in WEB III will continue his own work and leave his son out of the books. I would rather he retire completely and we enjoy what we have than have a bunch of crap like Brian Herbert did with his father's work.
