This book is excellent. It outlines six simple tactics to apply to change any habit that you want to change. This simplicity of the instructions seems very easy to apply and reframe your thinking about how to change a habit.
I have been sifting through many books on how to create change in your life but this one has been one of the best. It gives you step by step advice you can apply to whatever habit or behavior you want to change. The other book that I really liked on change was
The sound quality on this was kind of poor, like she recorded it in her house. It doesn't matter though because the advice is so great that you want to keep listening anyway.
