"PASS on more from The Killion Group!"
NO. Whats to recommend? There is too much wrong with the recording to get a good story.
NO, I'm glade to say, not in my library

The narrator's voice and style makes you feel as if she is reading an erotic love story to a 3 year old child. VERY CREEPY during the explicit sexual content.
The story itself was really quite good, but not a smooth or easy read. It began with what seemed like 5 minutes of legal mumble-jumble, not the usual short, unobtrusive copyright here to’s and where as’s. This title should come with a warning: ‘May need an attorney to buy and own this book’.
I pushed through all 13+ hours but it was not easy. The Killion Group (publisher) may want to find an experienced editor/publisher; there were a few places the pauses were so long I checked to see if my iPod's battery had died.
Kimberly Killion should stick to the writing, (she is very good) and leave the publishing (she is not very good) to the pros. I will pass on this author/publisher/editor/narrator/lawyer/indian chief in the future.
I was told long ago to stay away from authors who narrate their own books, I should have done just that and add to it authors who publish their own work, too.
"A Delightfully Light Piece of Fluff"
If you are looking for a historical romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat looking for villains at every turn and pegs your anxiety level on high, this isn’t the right book.
But!
If you are looking for a historical romance that will help chase away the stress of real life for a while, this is the right book.
It is so enjoyably light hearted; I didn’t even try to guess who the villain was.
Yes, The Autumn Bride will be read again and again over time.
Looking forward to the next book in the series and hope Alison Larkin will narrate, after all she is a large part of the book's success.
"READ THE INTIRE I-TEAM SERIES."
This series is one of the few that gets better with each book. I’m very glad Pamele Clare stayed with Kaleo Griffith throughout, he brought the stories to life.
"Narrator needs to slow down!"
Great read if read a tad slower. Ms. James narrated this as if she had something more important to do. I had to keep backing up to catch up.
The story was well fleshed out, as were the characters.
"Speed Reader"
Helen, slow down! It's work following you through this book. Love all SL's books but this one was stop and go. You need to keep backing up to catch up, it's read so fast. The story is a keeper, not the narrator's style.
"Fearless Fourteen"
I've "read" One through Fourteen and the between the numbers books, all were so entertaining and fun I've read them all multiple times!
Can't wait 'til Fifteen or a new between the numbers book becomes available.
