Did not grab my attention initially but once it did I loved it. Great character development in a historical setting with literary liberties
Like most novels by this author these books follow his similar plot lines. They are entertaining but not overly original. Somewhat predictable. I keep buying them though.
My oh my. Spunky leading lady puts every historical chauvinist in their unimaginable place. Is this why we love romances ? Women say and do rediculous things and are adored. If only.
Um. Not quite that other story. Not quite funny. Kind of juvenile attempt at teen horror romance genre.
Funny, sarcastic, real. It's often said that you can't understand pleasure without experiencing pain. That doesn't mean that pain and suffering don't suck. This is such a real portrayal of sorrow. Sorrow that unless you've experience you can not understand.
I loved seeing different cultures evolution of racism. Adventure, heroism, romance amazing no matter what the religion or nationality.
Exciting fast fun. What faction do you fall in? Aren't we all a bit divergent?
Pretty girls in ballet flats playing house can have surprising strength. Not to be dismissed. Fun sassy read.
Entertaining but somewhat predictable. Nice little package of an ancient mystery being solved by amateurs.
Choices made always have consequences. Some obvious some hidden. Pain is hard to bury and tends to always resurface.
This was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the dismantled modern cast system. Society is so fickle.
